Great location, spacious common areas, plenty of room for 10 adults and two children. The pool was nice. Check in was easy. We cooked several meals and had enough pots and pans and dishes to do so
The refrigerator was very dirty - the worst I’ve ever encountered in a rental. We had to buy strong cleaner and remove all the shelves to clean. I reported to property manager and they were very responsive and sent cleaners to rectify it although we had already cleaned it thoroughly

The location was excellent. Within walking distance of Lagos centre, Marina and supermarket.
The villa was comfortable with effective air conditioning in all bedrooms. It was in a quiet residential area making it a very peaceful stay.
The pool was brilliant and just what was needed on a hot day.
We loved the villa but it was looking a bit tired in places.
My biggest complaint was not supplying enough glasses to accommodate the 12 people the villa says it does. Also the knives required for preparation and cooking were blunt. In both cases it wouldn't require much to put it right.

Great villa for a large family group - the upstairs living area and 2 balconies were fabulous, everywhere was clean and comfy and we enjoyed the peaceful area whilst still only being a 10 walk to the marina. It was well equipped, aircon and showers all excellent and whilst the pool was freezing in April, it was clean and well maintained
The cost for cots/highchairs was extortionate and we hired locally instead but everything else was great
