A lovely stay in a great location in Vienna.

The apartment was very well located, clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk to many attractions and public transport. The area felt safe and quiet, and overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

Everything was generally good. Only small details could be improved, but nothing that affected our stay.

Decent apartment with a few downsides

We visited in December for the Christmas markets. The location is really nice, the place is close to Subway and tram stations and also a walking distance away from the city center and many attractions. The apartment is spacious, clean and cosy, quiet and warm in the winter.

The location in Booking was incorrect - the actual address was a few blocks away. The owner sent me a message that I had to pay extra city tax through an external app and I kept receiving notifications about this every day. When I sent them a message that according to Booking that tax is included in my payment - they said it was a "mistake" on their part and I don't have to pay that. However, I kept receiving automated messages and reminders to pay that every day. Not only that, but the amount requested through that external website was 6 times higher than the actual city tax amount, so don't fall for that trap and don't pay, especially through 3rd-party websites that are not verified. We had a lot of problems trying to open the building's front-door with the provided key (which looks like a bad copy). A helpful neighbor from the building had to help us to get in. The secret technique is to strongly pull the key down before rotating it. The bed was really uncomfortable, pillows were very cheap, thin and almost non-existent. Mattress was awful - felt like you can fall through it. The TV could barely load Youtube. The bathtub is not functional, as you cannot fill it up because its tap mechanism is missing. There were no extra trash-bin bags to throw away our garbage. Overall it feels like the owners don't care much about the guests, just doing the minimum to cash-in on their investment.

It was a good place to stay - near tram and underground and can walk to sites.

Nice large apartment walking distance to sights. Has a lift.

Shower over the bath.
