Breakfast was great. 24-hour coffee/tea was also a nice suprise.
TV remote didn't work; not a big deal for me as I wasn't looking to spend very much time watching TV.

Beds are so comfortable and the free breakfast is good for a hotel. Staff was adequate and let us change rooms when the a/c wasn’t working in the first room. Roomy bathroom.
Could be a little cleaner in the public areas but the room was clean.

The restrooms in the lobby needed work.
Smell on 2nd floor after getting out of elevator.
Mainly friendly staff, but one member never smiled or said hello for the 2 days we were there.

Good location and seems nice
The rooms were very small, no microwave and coffee maker in the room. There is only one microwave in the whole hotel and people make lines to use it.

"Goldie at the front desk was the most exceptional concierge we’ve ever encountered. She was personable, caring, and genuinely a joy to talk with. She consistently went above and beyond!"
