I had a fantastic trip. It was short because Kenya Airways delayed my flight for a whole day. I'll be back to Rwanda and will definitely be booking this hotel again. The view at the Penthouse apartment is breath taking.
The airport transfer they recommended. I will definitely not be using him again.

The view was great and so was the vibe. In a relaxed part of Kigali
Would have a liked a chill out area where I could lie down and see the view well. Also there wasn't much around near the location.

Great property. We loved the attentiveness of the staff, the rooms were great, location good. Very hospitable team who looked after our group of 7.

Absolute perfection in all aspects except my room choice.
The location is spectacular
The staff are super friendly and professional
The food is very delicious
My room was horrible with zero sound insulation. It was below a terrace where people party till midnight, and dragging their squeaky chairs all the time. And the room had no wifi nor phone signal.
