The studio style room I stayed in was well furnished. Each have their own personality so I can only speak for my room. Amenities in room were as described and adequate for my needs. I liked the balcony view from my room as well as proximity to the beach and grocery shopping. Pool area is very nice and never crowded when I checked it out. I am not difficult to please so you may take any of this with a grain of salt.

As has been said before about these Mennesse operated apartments on 32nd st, (there are several facing each other on 32nd between 5t have and 10th ave), there are some sacrifices. Most notably the noise at night. It is no secret that until 3am it is impossible to not notice the noise coming from one club. This is a shame as it is not the fault of anyone except the city that allows this in a primarily condo rich area. My solution to this was to go to the club till it closed on a few nights. Not ideal, but I also got somewhat used to it. Earplugs do not work on this low frequency noise so you have been warned. The cleanliness of my particular apartment was not great. This can be hit and miss and depends on what individual contracted cleaned it before you checked in. I left the apartment cleaner than when I checked in but that was my choice. The common areas and pool area are immaculate and nice. Finally and beyond the control of the host, the elevator went out for the final 4 days of my stay due to a massive inflow of water to the parking garage which damaged the elevator. This was a weird city operation going on that released the water....again not the hosts doing. Being on the 5th floor....this severely impacted my stay. Anyone having any mobility issues would have had to move out if on any other than the 1st floor. With the number of Menesse properties in close proximity it would make sense for them to buy that little night club and turn it into some other quiet money generating business. All other issues could be addressed easily and rents could be justifiably increased. I try a new condo each time I visit Playa and will likely do so on my 3 to 4 trips to Playa each winter. Each has its plusses and minuses, but non have been 100%. I personally would stay again at this L'l Town facility again, but please take serious note to the sound issue if you in any way NEED or have an expectation to sleep well.

It’s close to everything. If you like to cook your meals there is the best grocery store one block away, they have also best prices on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many tourists go there to eat.

L'appartamento era meraviglioso. Posizione estremamente funzionale e centrale. A disposizione dell'appartamento,essendo un residence,c'erano piscina e palestra sul terrazzo. Garage messo a disposizione. Cucina e frigorifero messi a disposizione. Acqua potabile messa a disposizione. Soggiorno splendido

Indirizzo indicato su booking era sbagliato. Il proprietario manda però una mail con tutte le istruzioni. Wi fi non funzionante per tutto il soggiorno

Me gustó la cama kingsize, es grande , y también está cómoda, y la pequeña cocina. La alberca también está linda.

El ruido, no es solo el ruido de la música de los bares, la habitación está debajo de la alberca y toda la noche se oye la bomba y agua corriendo. El aire acondicionado está programado a la velocidad máxima entonces prendido te da frío muy rápido y apagado pues te da calor, y desde la cama no te hace caso entonces hay que estarse levantando. El baño muy sucio.
