Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Oben gibt es drei Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit Doppelbett ( eins mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche für schlanke Menschen). Eins der Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelstockbett mit zusätzlichem Auszug. Noch ein für alle zugängliches Bad mit Badewanne befindet sich ebenfalls oben. Alles nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend.
Unten ist das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie nochmal ein vollwertiges Bad (Dusche). Insgesamt also drei Bäder mit WCs, toll.
Auf der Terrasse mit überdachten Sitzbereichen befindet sich der Pool, der von flach bis tief geht und in dem mehrere Leute gleichzeitig schwimmen können. (Ab und zu kommt morgens der Pooldienst). Ein großes Plus ist auch die zusätzliche Außendusche!
Das Auto kann vorm Haus oder auf der Auffahrt stehen.
Es gibt pro Person 1 Duschhandtuch und pro Waschbecken jeweils ein Handtuch. Klimatisierung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Lage ist ruhig, dabei ist eine gute Badebucht beim Café Amelie (fußläufig nur 5 min.) und der Fig tree beach ca. 15 min (am Meer entlang) erreichbar.
Lidl und die Restaurants von Protaras sind 5 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Ein Restaurant kurz vor der Badebucht oder weitere eben beim Fig tree beach.
Konnos beach, cap greco, der tolle skilpturenpark und agia napa sind alle innerhalb von max 20 min mit Auto erreichbar.
Die Vermieterin Eleni steht jederzeit für Rückfragen zzr Verfügung.
Fazit: wir hatten fünf tolle Tage und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.
Uns hat es nicht so gestört, aber andere könnte es stören, denn der Preis ist ja schon etwas höher:
Manches ist nicht mehr ganz neu und das Geschirr könnte sauberer sein (Eleni wird den Reinigungsservice darauf hinweisen) und hier und stehen vielleicht Reparaturen an.
Geschirrspültabs, Küchenhandtuch und/oder Küchenrolle sowie Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine waren nicht vorhanden. Handtücher könnten gerne mehr vorhanden sein.

The location was great. The pool was much bigger than expected. Easy to check in.
They do not supply anything to clean. No broom, paper towels, garbage bags, only a very dirty mop but no cleaner for it so pointless. And an old sponge and dish soap. All the dishes were very dirty and many chipped or cracked . The master bathroom smelled extremely strong of urine. I had to wash all the blankets as they had a musty smell.
You will need to supply everything including pool towels, TP and all toiletries. Perhaps normal to the region, but I was not expecting to buy soo much when all the reviews mentioned it had everything you would need.

Cozy villa. There was everything that is needed. Great location, 4 mins by car to Lidl, 3 mins by walk to small beach (there is short way that Google doesn’t show), 15 mins to huge amazing Fig Tree Bay. Nice owner. We had vacation in November, it was quiet around , no noise.

The property itself is well maintained and the best feature is the pool area.
The villa was ok in terms of cleanliness.
1. Most of the pool tiles are loose. Our kids got hurt as a result.
2. The beds are not comfortable at all and all we got was a bed sheet without a duvet or comforter. I found some winter blankets in the closet, too dirty to be used.
