This bright, welcoming, and cozy 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 50 m²) is located on the first floor of a well-maintained, Mallorcan-style vacation complex with a shared pool, about 250 meters from the beach at Cala Santanyi. The apartment features a large, furnished outdoor terrace and a beautifully landscaped front yard. The apartment has an internet connection and Wi-Fi.
The air-conditioned living/dining area features a modern, open-concept Nolte built-in kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster), a satellite TV, a coffee table with stools, and a cozy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) if needed. The dining area features a dining table with 4 chairs.
The bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, features a spacious built-in closet and a designer double bed with high-quality mattresses, which can also be converted into two single beds upon request.
The inviting bathroom is equipped with a walk-in tropical shower, a large sink, a toilet, and an exterior window.
Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.
For the colder months, there are 2 infrared heaters to keep the space warm.

The place is situated just a few steps away from Cala Santanyi, a gorgeous sandy cove beach.
The neighborhood has excellent eateries and a market, all walkable.
More beaches are just a short drive away.
The place is very clean and has exactly everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is perfect for a bit of cooking. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning are excellent.
The host is very responsive and so helpful. I had some idiotic questions and she was able to help me without much delay.
This is the perfect place for a holiday.
