This place is just incredible, and the owner Georgia - who met us on arrival and departure - couldn't have been any more welcoming. The apartment is super spacious, with a front courtyard and the most fantastic (& enormous) terrace imaginable, with views across the foothills to the Troodos Mountains plus the peak of Mount Olympus, and fantastic stargazing at night. There are at least 4 different seating 'zones' out there, nestled around the beautiful garden, from the chairs on the little balcony area to the dining table, and the chairs by the firepit to the big stone seating, which were a joy to have our morning coffee on (accompanied by our favourite friendly local cats!). Also quite possibly the best smelling and looking rose bush I've ever seen! The historic house itself is not just elegant but so carefully refurbished and cleverly designed, with a wonderfully practical kitchen, a big sitting area, a huge dining area and a gorgeous bedroom (complete with mezzanine for extra sleeping space), plus really lovely lighting options throughout. The bathroom too is also really lovely, with Elemis products proving the absolute icing on the cake. There were so many thoughtful touches everywhere that ensured we had the most incredible stay, whilst Georgia's welcome gifts and recommendations meant we absolutely made the most of our visit to this beautifully peaceful village. An absolute gem of a place, in a very special corner of Cyprus, and the perfect way to end our holiday.
Hard to think of anything we didn't genuinely love, or that Georgia hadn't already thought of!

This is the most beautiful property which is very tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and good lighting and very well equipped. There is a large very comforable bed with good quality bed linen and good pillows! It has a very large garden with a great view where you can watch the sun set. It is a peaceful place and it is probably one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and we have travelled a lot. It is in a pretty village which is quiet and very peaceful and a lovely place to just be.
Georgia is lovely an exceptional person who has put a lot of care and thought into the property. She is incredibly helpful and interesting and very responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed speaking to her. I particularly liked the contact with Georgia as often when renting properties you just have a key safe.
We will definitely come back.

Wir wurden von unserer Vermieterin Georgia sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab für das erste Abendessen einen zypriotischen Spinat Auflauf und eine Flasche Wein. Sehr lecker!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Bügeleisen, Fön, Spülmaschine) und sauber und gemütlich. Das breite Doppelbett ist eines der Besten das wir in den zahlreichen Unterkünften der letzten Jahre hatten. Im Aussenbereich gibt es zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten (Stühle, Liegen, Sessel inkl Auflagen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden), es gibt auch eine Grillmöglichkeit die wir allerdings nicht genutzt hatten.
Besonders positiv ist auch eine Zusammenstellung von Georgie über die verschiedenen Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus ist am Rande eines charmanten Bergdörfchens gelegen, gute Gastronomie ist fussläufig erreichbar, ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden für das Nötigste ist auch vorhanden. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Der nächstgelegene größere Supermarkt liegt etwa 20min (Auto) entfernt, dies kann man bei der Ausflugsplanung allerdings gut berücksichtigen.
