Sucia. Falta de mantenimiento. Bañadores amarillos tras baño en la piscina
Ubicado cerca de lugares turísticos (Altea,Benidorm,Guadalest..)
-Entrada tardía,a partir de las 16h. Salida muy temprano,antes de las 10h.
-Para recoger las llaves hay que ir personalmente a una oficina situada en Carrer Sella de Benidorm,a 20 minutos en coche de la vivienda con la correspondiente pérdida de tiempo que ello conlleva y la necesidad de tener un coche. A día de hoy hay alternatives mucho más cómoda s para recoger las llaves (y más teniendo en cuenta que te obligan a hacer el check in online con antelación).
-Casa sucia. Pelos en el suelo,colchas con manchas,menaje de cocina sucio, ducha de la piscina negra y totalmente atascada (no traga el desagüe). Adjunto fotos
-Falta de mantenimiento. Mosquitera del porche arrancada y suelta, puerta de la terraza que no se abre,polos rotos, puerta del piso inferior que sólo se abre desde fuera (con el correspondiente riesgo si se queda alguien solo encerrado dentro,o un niño…). Adjunto fotos.
-Ojo!!! Tuvimos un problema importante con la piscina. Todos los bañadores (éramos 10 huéspedes) salieron teñidos de amarillo. Nos pusimos en contacto con la empresa que gestiona el alquiler y nos dijeron que era por habernos aplicado crema solar. Eso nunca jamás nos ha pasado a ninguno en ninguna otra piscina (ya sea privada,municipal,en otros hoteles…). No sabemos qué productos usarán pero todos los bañadores amarillos,estropeados! Y los flotadores y las toallas con las que nos secamos también. Adjunto fotos.
Nos culpaban a nosotros por haber usado crema solar (eso es imposible porque el primer día nos bañamos cuando ya no había sol y por tanto sin crema y amarillearon todos!!)
No nos dieron ninguna solución.
