The apartment is completely remodeled with a modern bathroom and kitchen. Furnishings are new and tastefully put together. There was plenty of hot water for 3 showers every morning. It’s in a prime location with easy walking access anywhere in the center and driving access is easy as well with street parking available. Finally the owners are lovely, kind and want to be sure their guests are happy and comfortable. We had some questions and communication was easy and their help much appreciated.
We liked the property very much, but I might suggest adding a small microwave to the kitchen. The building doesn’t give the best first impression, but it’s secure as is the apartment.

Very spacious, good location with walking distance to most places around around the city. Good communication with the host as well as clear instructions! Would definitely recommend if you are exploring Bolzano and the nearby areas!
The boilier in the toilet is a bit noisy at times, but nothing major, as you can close the door. Dont really have any complains, was a lovely stay!

Soundproofing between floors is a major issue in this apartment. You can hear even tiny movements from the residents upstairs, and their early morning routine woke us up every day before 6AM.
