This was clean, safe, comfortable and the price was amazing.
I can’t say anything. It was all above expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Florita Napoli! Renato was so helpful, sharing great local tips and responding quickly whenever we had questions. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, and we loved getting a real feel for Napoli during our stay. The location was also convenient, with many attractions close by. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
One small tip for future guests: keep a 10-cent euro coin handy to use the elevator!

The apartment building was smelling.

We wanted to be in the historic center and Florita is definitely that. Easy walk to sites and museums, and to cafes and a fantastic pizzeria OWAP one minute away. It’s not a touristy area which means it’s noisy and authentic Naples. We felt safe and our room was very quiet. Renato was incredibly helpful and though we never met, you couldn’t ask for a more attentive manager.
The rules about not using the kitchen are strange. The place was difficult to find. The bed was large but extremely firm, not comfortable for me.
