The property is stunning. A renovated ancient fort transformed in limestone into a beautiful property surrounded by grapevines and olive trees. Our room was too beautiful and comfortable as per the photos. Each room comes off a central courtyard full of fruit trees. The lounge is enormous and elegant whilst elegant and inviting. It is connected to the restaurant/bar/breakfast room. We ate breakfast and dinner each day. The staff are wonderful as is the food. We did the wine tour, it is worth it!!! So thank you Gloria, Linda and your wonderful staff.
A little off the beaten track and not easy to find the first time. But worth it to relax at the beautiful property

Sehr großzügiges Anwesen in traumhafter Lage, mit Olivenbäumen und Weinanbau. Exzellenter Service, der einen in allen Belangen sehr liebevoll unterstützt! Frühstück ist vielseitig und hält von gesund bis süß alles bereit. Großes Zimmer mit wunderschönem Badbereich!
Die Ausstattung im Zimmer selbst war etwas dürftig, wenig Staufläche für Kleidung.

Schitterend enorm uitgestrekt hectarengroot domein met olijfbomen en druivelaars, ideaal om tot rust te komen
Prachtige masseria met alle faciliteiten, waaronder ook een ruim zwembad en gezellige terrassen, …
Prachtige ruime suite, heel mooi ingericht, meerdere grote terrassen met blik op olijfvelden, druivelaars en Lecce, alles aanwezig en heel netjes, je waant er je koning(in) in je paleis
Supervriendelijk personeel, je wordt er niet alleen heel hartelijk ontvangen, inclusief een uitgebreide rondleiding, maar men blijft ook zo supergastvrij gedurende je hele verblijf, en men is altijd bereid om je bij te staan met meer info over de streek, …top!
Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, eitjes naar wens, mogelijkheid om op terras te ontbijten ..
Ideale ligging om Lecce en Zuid-Puglia te verkennen in alle rust (Masseria enkel te bereiken via lokaal wegje)
Jammer dat je 5€ extra moet betalen als je vers fruitsap wil bij het ontbijt. Zal dat het verschil maken?
Voor de rest niets, alles was super.

Massage #1 top;
Very large masseria; high ceilings; beautiful courtyard; very well-maintained
“Spa hotel” with duty to reserve 72 hours in advance and one gets to know that in the day of arrival; spa 80€ per person extra for just 90 minutes is a joke; opening hours of gym are not tourist-friendly (from 8:30am -12pm and from 4pm-8pm); outside pool not heated only the tiny spa pool is heated, for which one has to pay 80€ for 90 minutes and has to ask to use it way in advance!!!! The separate massage room stank of old sewers, I had to put arnica gel on my nose in order to escape it!
Room not finished; no headboard with a wall made of rough stones; no nightlight in the second room but rather a plastic little outdoor light, no carpets by the bed or anywhere on the rough bedroom floor; Green light in main bedroom very bright; office phone in the room with very bright light and does not even connect to the reception! Horrible king size mattress;
Shower head already rusting away.
Not enough variety of local foods for breakfast (simple things like local mozzarella , olives, burrata, ricotta, stracciatella, etc.); on the first day the bread was extremely dry! no cold cuts that are not pork (for example turkey or bresaola); portions way too tiny: guests are afraid to take a normal portion because then there is nothing left for the other guests;
Chef not experienced enough; standard Italian dishes like bolognese, parmigiana, polpo, etc. should be at least”good”;
