The hotel was lovely and clean and in a great area lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful. Great views from the pool. Indoor pool, sauna and steam room very nice and relaxing.
Only one thing for us was the balcony door was very stiff.

Restaurant, gym, rooftop pool were excellent
Long wait at check in. Slow, slow check in process even though we had checked in on line. Harsh industrial aesthetics. Walk along too busy road to ferry

It was really good stay, hotel rooms are large with kitchen which is great!
Everything was clean upon arrival.
Spa area is nice and comfy and the food for breakfast is quite nice.
The daily room cleaning was done superficially, bed would not be well made. Not that I care much but it's something to work on. And it was consistent during all few nights.
For breakfast I would suggest to improve the choice of dry meat as the selection was very basic and not really good quality.
Knives in the kitchen shall also be sharper because a dull knife is the most dangerous knife.
