With the addition of air conditioning and a wood stove, along with access to an outdoor community seasonal pool for the summer months, this condo is truly the ideal location for your Stowe getaway any time of year!

The Toll House lift operation is weather dependent.
Only two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions will be towed at the guest's expense. Full-time residents need to park here at their own condos. Guests will not be compensated for towing fees. Please be respectful of these rules!
The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is completely prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association.
Guest pets are not permitted at any Tollhouse condos. Only select properties allow pets. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets. Please be understanding and respectful of this HOA policy, which is outside of the control of Stowe Country Homes.

1st time in northeast. The check in process easy. Place clean. Have everything you needed for long weekend. Great location if skiing. Fall so not an option. Would recommend without hesitation

Very convenient parking and access to ski lift.
Condo was dated with old worn appliances and old cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms. Unit was cold on arrival . Bathroom was not heated very well. No working fireplace. Would not stay here again.
