Right in the middle of the old town and beach
The lights going up the stairs and around the first level hallway could be motion activated. Going in dark is a bit daunting. Also the WiFi is off when the restaurant downstairs is off, leaving you un-communicated overnight.

Very nice place, pleasant stay. Owner was super kind even left a liter bottle of water in fridge which was unexpected but very useful. The town was a little piece of heaven.

L'emplacement est parfait car en plein dans le centre historique. La possibilité de faire ses repas, mais étant dans le centre de Collioure je trouve dommage de ne pas profiter des différents lieux y compris terrasses des bar et restaurants.
Il s'agit d'une pièce transformé en petit studio ( à la façon du sud ) sans aération dans l'endroit qui sert de douche. L'accès y est relativement difficile car escalier très pentu. La porte de l'appartement en face était défoncée... Un studio à la AirBnB, pour moi c'est terminé ce type de logement car aussi chère qu'une chambre d'hôtel. Juste pour faire de l'argent.
