Convenient location for seeing the main sights, trying the local hawker markets and transport links.
Bunks were a really good size with space for personal belongings and a very generous locker. The ladder to the top bunk was a bit tricky!!
The wristband key fob system was so easy - opened doors and locker in one. No keys to lose!
Nice to have a breakfast included.
Best thing was Dean and the WhatApp group info provided - brilliant tips and tours offered, though unfortunately I wasn't around for the free local food tour
Not enough bathrooms for the number of guests sharing the dorms.
No space for placing suitcases - large cardboard boxes occupied a space at the end of the bunks, which could perhaps have been ideal for suitcases?

The staff are lovely are go out of their way to support guests. Very central location. Good A/C. The downstairs cafe is a real bonus.
One or two my showers and washing sinks could be useful. Better signage to make it easier to find the entrance.
