easy to access from the first day ariving, until going back home..all very helpfull and easy access..love the access road to the hotel..the hotel location also near to time square, lala port, petaling street..all just walking distance..
no fan..the aircond keep on off on off maybe due to timer and broken timer button on remote..

The location is convenient, in the middle of the Bukit Bintang, walking distance to the nearest shopping mall.
The room was not clean, hair in the sofa lounge which is covered by a filthy fabric. The towels and bed sheets are clean but have been using for a long time shown in grey worn colors. Toilet is smelly, seat cover is also in grayish color. That is very uncomfortable to sit on. There is nothing I could recall or related to“LUXE”Suites.

Spacious suite for two people (I was solo). A/C worked great, tons of storage, nice pools, gym was decent, check in staff nice and responsive
Suite didn’t supply enough to enjoy the amenities - no pool towels, only two bath towels (no hand towels, wash cloths, or small towels to use at gym), kitchen sparsely and cheaply equipped with nothing to actually clean or dry the dishes except a sponge that looked like it might be for scrubbing the sink (although there are many cheap places to eat nearby). Building is nice enough but not well maintained. Bathroom didn’t feel clean and smelled musty, and only ventilation is opening the window which isn’t effective when it’s super humid out.
Bed was comfortable but bedding needed bleaching. Coffee table was covered in a blanket because it was stained underneath
