Enjoy beautiful and family friendly Ocean City from this North end townhouse just steps from the famous beach and boardwalk!
This newly renovated 3 story townhouse is part of the Breakers condominium development, just half a block from the boardwalk. In addition to an amazing location, the home features a spacious layout, 4 bedrooms, 2 covered balconies, a 2 car garage, and lots of shared family space.
The first floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom and laundry room, and 2 car garage with outdoor shower. The second floor features a dining room, kitchen, half bath, bunk bedroom (4 twin beds) and balcony with seating and outdoor grill. The third floor features two master bedrooms (one queen bed, one king bed) with en suite full bathrooms and spacious closets. One of the master bedrooms also has a covered balcony with outdoor seating.
Start your day with coffee and fresh donuts from Brown's just a few blocks north on the boardwalk, enjoy the ocean breeze on the balcony, or take a long walk or bike ride on the boardwalk, just steps away. Spend your days on the beach and enjoy pizza from Manco and Manco, soft serve at Kohr's, or funnel cake and games with the kids! Fishing excursions, parasailing and jet skis can all be arranged on island. Two amusement piers are also within walking distance, with rides and arcade games for all ages. The condo was very clean, updated, and very close to the beach. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working that great on the second floor and the kitchen could use some more pots and pans as well as cooking tools. Overall we had a good experience and were happy with our stay.

Like many homes in Ocean City, NJ it was near cool in the house. The owners made an effort by placing fans an portable cooling units throughout the home. However, the thermostat never fell below 72 degrees despite keeping blinds and curtains closed during daylight hours, running fans, and running portable cooling units through the day. So, if you like it cool when you sleep this not the place for you. Also, the listing said a two car garage however it is only a one car garage due to half the garage being used for storage. Also, the kitchen lacked sufficient cooking supplies and utensils for family meals. All pots and pans were scratched, there were only plastic mixing bows, no storage containers, and no blender. However, the place was extremely clean, well decorated, and functional for a family. The location to the boardwalk and town could not be beat. However, the week we were there the beaches on our block and all the way tot he right were closed. This meant we had to walk a block over and the beaches were extremely crowded. We had to arrive around 7:30 AM to set up on beach tent in order to get a decent spot before the beaches became overly crowded. If you are looking for location, cleanliness and space this place is great. If you cook most nights and like it cool when you sleep this is not the place for you. Hope this helps!

This property was very convenient to the beach access. The property is well maintained, and the property amenities were great for the young ones. Marcia and Charles were very responsive when there was an issue. They were very flexible as well. The flexibility was much appreciated.

We stayed at this rental property during the prime of summer. This property is perfectly located 100 yards off the boardwalk. It’s on a quiet block which made parking and access to the boardwalk extremely easy. It’s on a section where the boardwalk starts so very quiet section of the boardwalk. That being said this is an older rental that has not been updated. If it wasn’t for the location we would’ve not of had enjoyed it. We paid top dollar and would of left very dissatisfied. But when you have a young family in ocean city it’s all location location location! Kids were always close to home if we needed anything.
