Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Maria ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die jede Frage beantworten kann und immer für unser Wohl gesorgt hat. Da unsere Fähre zeitig ankam, konnten wir eher einchecken. Einmal in der Woche wurde das Appartement gereinigt und es gab eine kleine Überraschung von Maria (Wein, Käse, Snacks etc.). Maria und ihr Team bekommen 12 Sterne von uns! 😊 Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, wenn man die Insel Naxos authentisch erleben will, mit einheimischen Nachbarn, einem Bauernhof und etwas abseits vom Touristentrubel. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5min in der Stadt und zu Fuß in ca. 20min - für einen Aktivurlaub auch ein super Ausgangspunkt! Alles war sauber und gemütlich und auch zum Kochen gab es reichlich Equipment.
Es war alles toll! Lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung könnten erneuert werden, da sich in einer Ferienunterkunft mit vielen Touristen Dinge auch schnell abnutzen. Das ist aber nichts Dramatisches und eher ein kleiner Hinweis. 😊

Potentially very good property, with nice views and location, nice island 🏝️, fresh air
A bit worn seems here and there, there is some neighbors, however they are almost invisible. The place in the middle of the farm with all consequences, but if you have a kids, they will like it!

Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό ! Συνδυάζει πλήρη απομόνωση , ενώ είναι πολύ κοντά τα άλλα σπίτια και κοντά στην πόλη. Μεγάλο και άνετο σε έκταση και με πάρκινγκ. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Αν κάτι νομίζεις ότι λείπει , δεν ισχύει! αν ψάξεις λίγο θα το βρεις. Έχει όλες τις συσκευές . Τοστιέρα, σιδερώματος, κ.α.
Καθαριότητα φουλ, νόμιζα ότι ήμουν από τους πρώτους που μπήκαν. Η Μαρία, η διαχειρίστρια, με το χαμόγελο , εξυπηρετική και πολύ ωραία, χαρούμενη και με πολύ θετική ενέργεια παρουσία!

Maria hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gut erklärt. Es gab einiges zum knabbern, Kaffe, Toastbrot, Kuchen und Getränke.
Die Wohneinheit ist ideal für 2 Personen. Große Wohnküche mit allem was man benötigt, Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett und genügend Platz. Die überdachte Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick.
Der Bauer kommt 2 x täglich und versorgt die Tiere. Es ist Urlaub am Bauernhof mit all den Geräuschen und Gerüchen. Katzen und Hühner kommen immer wieder vorbei. Sehr nett.
Ein Auto ist erforderlich.
In den 3 Wochen wurde nach Vereinbarung 2 x geputzt.
Das Haus hat 2 Wohnungen. Die kleine ist dauerhaft vermietet
Das wir das Haus nicht für uns alleine haben hat uns Maria erst bei der Ankunft gesagt. Bei Booking.com gab es, beim Buchen dazu keine Informationen. Leider hört man die Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung in der Früh im Schlafzimmer.
Wir mußten noch eine angeblich neue Touristensteuer von Eur 8 pro Tag bar bezahlen. Eine Rechnung haben wir nicht bekommen.
