Nothing. One suggestion would be to put some filtered water bottles in rooms for use in the tea kettle. Bottled water was provided daily for drinking but was not enough for tea.

Beautiful surroundings, really friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, easy to get around everywhere with Grab or bicycle but also a great spot to just relax in the rice paddies after a hectic couple of weeks in the city. Our room had a beautiful and peaceful view and we appreciated the free bikes - some of our best experience in Ninh Binh was just gently cycling around in the evening. We also appreciated the mini fridge in the room to keep water and snacks cold, and the assistance booking transport to the moon bear sanctuary (a bit far away but we highly recommend this!)
Overall we were pretty happy with everything. There are a few small things that could use a bit more attention to detail and would make it a perfect 10: eg a bit more attention to cleanliness in the room (like sweeping under the furniture); the food in the restaurant is ok but not very flavourful, although you have lots of other options nearby; the massage in the spa was really not good and I wouldn't recommend it. None of these are make or break though, I would still recommend this spot for a pleasant stay for a few days.
