About this house rental
A stay you will never forget. Breathtaking front row ocean views, sunrises and sunsets. Wake up in the primary bedroom canopy king bed to the fabulous sites and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. Gated and guarded community. Close to clubhouse pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard. Ocean front walkway to a sandy beach with volleyball and a surfer's delight break.

I can’t say enough about this house. We’ve been traveling to Gaviotas 3-4 times a year for the last 12 years. I would say this was probably my favorite. Such a great location. Close to the pool on what we consider to be the quiet side of the community. Scott has really done a fantastic job creating a house to insure an excellent experience. Something to note is the excellent WiFi which is important to us for movies etc. Communication was great and entry to the house was super easy. The house is well equipped with dishes, and utensils which hasn’t always been our experience. If available this will be our first choice on return.

This house is was absolutely gorgeous! We were celebrating a couple birthdays and Father’s Day weekend! The four of us had a blast! Laying out, making food in the kitchen that had everything we needed! Watched golf and the World Cup on the big TV in the comfy living area! All over looking the ocean! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend! Communication with host was excellent as well!
