We have 2 Type B vacation apartments, which are slightly larger at approximately 60 m². Apartment 2 is on the 1st floor on the right, and Apartment 4, with sloped ceilings, is on the 2nd floor on the right. The kitchen-living area consists of a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a dining area with a TV. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In Apartment 4, there is also a bunk bed in the master bedroom. In Apartment 2, two extra beds can be set up upon request for a fifth and sixth person; a crib and a high chair are available in each apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower and is separate from the toilet. From the kitchen-living room and from one of the bedrooms, you can access the balcony overlooking the garden, sunbathing area, and the house’s playground. The apartments feature laminate flooring.

Directly below the historic fortified church in Stein, you’ll find our family-run Landhaus Felsenkeller. Look forward to private access to Lake Klopeiner See, a sunbathing lawn, a beach house, and a pedal boat available to you free of charge. The view from the country house stretches far across the Klagenfurt Basin all the way to the Pyramiden-Kogel. Each apartment features a balcony with a garden view, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette or kitchen island, satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower (separate toilet). A washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge upon request. The large garden at Landhaus Felsenkeller features a children’s playground, a trampoline, lounge chairs, a barbecue area, and a campfire pit. Petting animals and a covered play area for children are also available. Simple bicycles are available free of charge for your trips to the lake. A storage room is available for your own bicycles. The Drau Cycle Path is 1.5 km away, and the Wildensteiner Waterfall is 10 km away. Shops and restaurants are located about 2.5 km away. Klagenfurt is a 25-minute drive away.
