Place is nice, generally clean, but the amenities fail the place.

The fancy wall cladding and high end stove, fridge and marble counter tops was nice. TV size and quality ok

Room one: electrical socket hanging loose out of wall. mattress appalling = a sack of springs. I slept on the floor with pillows rather !!! Pillow cases stained and seams torn. Door kept closing on its own (hanging) Room 2: Mattress also old and uncomfortable. General: Spiderwebs on windows / hanging cornices, bathroom doors poor state (bottom is coming apart), power supply exposed under TV. Wifi is shared with other units on site so it was slow / unstable Bathroom: Mirror loose, basin was so blocked we cleaned out hair and money before we could use it, the mildew on the splash backs is off putting. Crack in wall needs attention. shower door seems like it is going to fall apart (one support arm not fixed to frame) Towels are provided, and while they are usable, the quality is poor and seemed like thin and aged items, off white. Only one floor towel with a leaking shower. Rust stains and a tears in towels. The unit's front door opens onto the front of a main road, where taxi's tend to park during the afternoon as Checkers is down the road, so traffic is hectic at times. The font wall is damaged, but seems to be so for a while because piles of old plant material / flowers / garden dirt is piled up in area with a stack of bricks which is poorly covered. The tarp material is not secured so the wind exposes the damaged wall, but then people can see into unit. I requested confirmation that the unit is not double booked before making booking, person sounded annoyed. On two occasions before arrival i tried to confirm arrangements - the person got annoyed and provided numbers for people to contact. We arrived and the lady did not have our booking. There seemed to be 3 people involved. This lady with keys, the owners, the person i called (seemed like a agent with multiple properties). The couch is nice, but the stains and worn areas are dirty. A nice throw over blanket can camouflage that. Not a shabby thin blanket.

The property is clean and spacious. Has almost everything. It is truly a home away from home. It’s perfect and I would definitely go back.!

The bed in the other room is not comfortable at all. You can literally feel the springs on the matrass😭
