About this house rental
Hello! We rent from Saturday to Saturday (or longer) from June through September 2022, for 2 to 5 people. This charming, fully renovated, and unique Nice-style house is ideally located in the heart of Nice. => A 40 m² terrace/garden where you can enjoy the sun, meals, and relaxation => 3 separate bedrooms: 2 on the first floor and one in the attic, a lovely bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and chromotherapy, a fully equipped open kitchen and living room with TV and internet overlooking the garden. This terrace is a real gem and a rarity in Nice; after a busy day at the beach, you can enjoy our beautiful, peaceful summer evenings here. No nighttime disturbances—unlike in many other neighborhoods—and yet just a 5-minute walk from everything! Free parking.
