About Apartment
Vacation Rental 3.5 is a cozy two-room apartment with a southwest-facing balcony and a direct view of the harbor and the lighthouse. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated directly into the living area. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, towel dryer, and hair dryer. You can access the balcony directly from the living area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features a wall-mounted TV. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: Dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Electronics: 2 TVs (living room and bedroom), free Wi-Fi, small hi-fi stereo system
Bathroom: Shower room with walk-in shower, hair dryer, makeup mirror
Balcony: Southwest-facing with balcony furniture

Note: Construction work is currently underway on the neighboring property (expected to last until mid/late 2026). The beautiful view from the Ankerplatz house of the harbor and the sea remains unaffected by this—however, there may be occasional noise.
The rates for our vacation rentals always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

Haus Ankerplatz is in a prime location, right on the Büsum harbor. All vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of Büsum Harbor, and some units on the upper floor also offer a view of the North Sea. The building offers the following amenities: an elevator, a washing machine and dryer in the basement, a storage room, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces assigned to the apartments in the underground garage.
An extra bed is available for a fee in some apartments.
