About this house rental
Located about two kilometers from the sea, the "Rustico" in Montemarciano—nestled amid the greenery of the Marche hills—embodies our vision of hospitality. The result of meticulous renovation work, this former barn—which had fallen into disuse—has been transformed into a corner of paradise overlooking the sea. The authentic character and hospitality, combined with the simplicity and charm of the “arte povera” furnishings, allow you to experience the essential features of a traditional Marche residence
The space
The vacation rental at our farm in the Marche region, “La Casa della Lavanda,” located in Montemarciano, consists of a single rental unit.
Il Rustico: located on the first floor with direct access to the garden, sleeping up to 5 guests, consists of a large entryway leading to the living room-kitchen area and the sleeping area (one double bed and one single bed), a bedroom with a bunk bed, and the bathroom. The Rustico is complemented by a porch along the north wall, furnished with outdoor seating.
The farmhouse is situated on a hill overlooking the sea, featuring ample outdoor spaces. Both couples and families staying at our farm are welcomed by an environment deeply influenced by the nearby sea—with its pleasant breezes and the reflections of the sunsets—while still retaining the atmosphere of country life. The farmhouse is named after the plant that once stood directly adjacent to the old barn.
Guest access
Guests will have at their disposal the entire Rustico, the adjacent parking area, the gazebo, and the garden
