We had poor experience.

I didn’t like properly at all .

Room was disgusting.

5 / 10

It was alright once they fixed everything.

Good location on the beach.

Our door lock was broken. We had to wait and waste a whole day and the next day for them to fix it the fridge was broken and I lost out on my food. I still haven’t heard back from them on compensation from it I’m disappointed we missed on on some of our vacation and we’re not safe since the lock was broken

Disappointing

The location was spectacular

The room 610 top of the gulf is deplorable! The owner or owners should be ashamed. Our room was musky, molded, outdated, had busted and missing tiles. The sofa bed had rips and tears in the cushions. When we pulled it out to sleep the mattress was dirty and stained. We found Cheerios in the floor. WE DON'T EAT CHEERIOS! The bathroom was a tiny and didn't even have a vent in it. The cabinets and door had damaged wood pealing up, the ceiling is molded, and the tub has cracks all over the bottom! If we had wanted to store toiletries in the medicine cabinet, I wouldn't have in this bathroom! It was dirty and rusted. The kitchen is so so outdated. The dishwasher is twice as big as the oven! The light/vent over the stove is so nasty and rusted. There is mold on the ceiling over the dining table, above the curtains at the windows and as mentioned the bathroom. My 2 daughters had to take allergy meds the last 2 days of our trip because the smell and allergens started to effect them. It wasn't severe but it was annoying. My car was also vandalized in the parking lot were I had to pay$20 to park, and supposedly security is on duty. I do have a lot of pictures to prove how room 610 is deplorable and it should be seen to. I wouldn't recommend this room to anyone I know. I was very disappointed but we enjoyed being in Panama City Beach.
