Kind staff, excellent breakfast & clean facilities.
Only one criticism, water for kettle in bedroom and for breakfast.

It was immaculate and very comfortable and for the money it was fabulous… claudio was so friendly and accommodating… I can’t fault my stay the view was lovely too… beats staying in the city centre all day long.
Food was very tasty….

Very clean and comfortable B&B, despite the shared bathroom. Claudio is friendly and welcoming. Great views of the park from the room and during breakfast.
Freshly made english breakfast (unsure about vegan options, but meat and veggie available), selection of cereals and jams.
Only caution for womxn solo travellers that the B&B is about 15 mins walk from the centre of Middlesborough, which can feel unsafe at night. Not a concern if you are not planning to stay out late after dark. The B&B itself feels safe, with lockable doors and pleasant fellow travellers both times I have stayed there.
