Super Pleasant and family vibes

super friendly and family environment, very practical with all you need, a train that takes you to the beach every 30 min, a pool area very well taken care of and safe for kids.

the room had a smell of places that have been closed for too long, it should be aired more often and sun should get in to reduce humidity smells.

If you look a little deeper, it's a property that we can classify as "Lipstick on a Dirty Pig"...

Staff was pleasant and helpful, within their power.

Conditions, in general, and management of locating guests! Everyone on top of each other, poor construction and noise between apartments. In general, very poor. Not very clean. But mostly noisy, and smelling of sewage. At a distance, and based on the ads, looked like a decent resort. In reality, not a resort, and with plenty of space for improvement. Likely, the type of tourism they receive is quite happy with it! Personally, I expected a lot more. We call that "lipstick on a pig". The staff representing the company were very pleasant and polite, and did everything within their power and ability to fix our problems and complaints, but a pig is still a pig, and nothing but a pig! You can't fix broken, right?

Very pleasent time in family

It's an aparthotel design for families with children in a good and calm location The pool is design for and very safe for all age children. The train that you can use to acess the beach

The cleaning and change of towels and linen was suposed to be performed every two days. And garbage removal everyday. This didn't worked out very well, and we needed to ask for this to be done. The hotel needs to improve the management and control of this issue.
