About this apartment rental
"Haus Barbara"—Apartment No. 9 is located on the first floor and measures approximately 30 m²; it accommodates 2 people.
The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with an open-concept kitchen and an integrated dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (filter and espresso machines), a 4-burner induction stove, a combination oven and microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathroom features a shower.
The vacation apartment, freshly renovated in 2021/22, has its own spacious terrace (approx. 12 m). The sleeping area offers optimal sleeping comfort with its box spring bed made of high-quality pocket springs. Thanks to a flexible mount, you can watch TV from the bed as well as from the sofa and dining area.
This vacation rental, freshly renovated in 2021/22, is also equipped with a built-in safe for your valuables.
In the apartment, you’ll enjoy excellent Wi-Fi reception and also have the option to connect via an Ethernet port.
The large property offers plenty of space to relax and features many ways to enjoy the garden. A covered barbecue area (charcoal and electric grills) is also available to all guests.
Haus Barbara has a small indoor pool that all guests can use free of charge.
The house is located directly behind the dike—a 1-minute walk to the beach.
Bed linens and towels are available for rent as a package (one linen package always includes 2 hand towels, a bath towel, a dish towel, a bath mat, and bed linens for one person). You’re also welcome to bring your own linens.
A parking space is available for our guests.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking accommodation.

we’re working to make Grömitz even more attractive! Please note that construction work will take place on the promenade, between Gosch Sylt and Falkenthal Seafood, starting in mid-2021 due to the development of the Dune Park.
A new DLRG facility, five commercial units, natural outdoor areas, and playground equipment for our younger guests are scheduled to be completed by the 2023 season, so you can enjoy even more during your vacation in the “Sunny Side” Baltic Sea resort.
You can find all the latest information on the Dünenpark’s construction progress, a construction diary, and a live webcam feed at www.grömitz-dünenpark.de.
We look forward to opening part of the Dünenpark during the 2023 season and thank you in advance for your understanding.
