About this apartment rental
"Haus Barbara" - Apartment No. 10 is located on the first floor and measures approximately 60 m². It is fully accessible and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This spacious apartment consists of a living room and a bedroom, along with a large open-concept kitchen.
The dining area seats up to six people and is very bright and inviting thanks to its location next to the floor-to-ceiling patio window. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (filter and espresso machines), a 4-burner induction stove, a combination oven/microwave, an exhaust hood, and a dishwasher.
The spacious bathroom features a floor-level walk-in shower, a sturdy shower stool, grab bars in the shower and toilet areas, and a tilting mirror. This makes the bathroom extremely comfortable.
The bedroom, which features its own terrace, enhances your stay with a box-spring bed (200x200 cm) featuring an electrically adjustable slatted frame and a television. Clothing can be conveniently stored in the walk-in closet and the wardrobe. The sleeper sofa sleeps two people and ensures the best sleeping comfort thanks to its box-spring technology and an additional cold-foam topper. With its two spacious private terraces, Apartment 10 offers the opportunity to enjoy the Grömitz sun from morning to night.
The vacation apartment, freshly renovated in 2021/22, is also equipped with a built-in safe for your valuables.
In the apartment, you’ll enjoy excellent Wi-Fi reception and also have the option to connect via an Ethernet port.
The apartment is fully accessible from the sidewalk to the front door.
The large property offers plenty of space to relax and features many opportunities to enjoy the garden.
A covered barbecue area (charcoal and electric grills) is also available to all guests. Haus Barbara has a small indoor swimming pool with modernized equipment, which all guests can use free of charge.
The house is located directly behind the dike—a 1-minute walk to the beach.
A linen and towel package is available for rent (each package always includes 2 hand towels, a bath towel, a dish towel, a bath mat, and bed linens for one person). You are also welcome to bring your own linens.
A parking space is available for our guests.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property.
