Awesome location and the room/hotel was modern. The 7-11 downstairs was incredibly convenient.
The elevators always stop at the second floor so that was a little frustrating.

The location was great for getting out of the crowds, well connected to multiple subway lines to get to various parts of the city. Great food options around the hotel as well as a 7/11 on the ground floor that came in clutch. The staff was super helpful with check in and getting our luggage forwarded.
The rooms were a bit tight but nothing particularly out of the ordinary for Tokyo, but can be a bit of a shock if you are used to rooms in the US.

Nice clean rooms in a great part of the city. Delicious breakfast
Not that I didn't like it, just something to be aware of in general when you book hotels in Japan: if you have any tattoos on your body, please make sure to check with the staff if you can use the public bath facilities and/ or book a room with your own bathroom

Location was good. The bed itself
We was comfortable and the amenities were very good.
Check in was strictly 3pm, breakfast was more Japanese aligned not a bad thing just not great for me personally. Pillows were concrete blocks.
