we had such a lovely seven night stay and can’t thank the entire team enough for their hospitality. the hotel is beautiful, spotless and clearly maintained to a high standard. our room was spacious and comfortable, check-in was seamless and the reception team were so welcoming.
the infinity pool was lovely, with stunning mountain views. we visited in october and the weather was surprisingly warm, so the cold pool was quite refreshing. we also enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. i had a wonderful swedish massage and the masseuse was lovely.
breakfast was nice, and the lovely hostess even arranged something different for us one morning, which was so thoughtful. room service was excellent, especially the seafood linguine! we ordered it on our last night and wished we’d tried it sooner. a special shoutout to the gentleman at the pool bar, who was always so friendly and made us some beautifully crafted cocktails.
the hotel also offers a buggy service to the beautiful private beach, and the driver was so welcoming. the location is great, around 18 minutes from vlorë city centre. i’d recommend getyourguide for activities such as speedboat trips. above all, what made our stay special was the entire team. from reception and housekeeping to the breakfast hostess, pool bar, buggy driver and spa staff, everyone was genuinely kind, friendly and helpful. you can really tell they care about their guests. we honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer team and were sad to leave. thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. we’d definitely return!
