About this apartment rental
Vacation Apartment 3.1 is a modern two-room apartment with a balcony on the third floor. The kitchen opens onto the living-dining area. The dining area flows into the living area. The sofa converts into a bed. The beautiful bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet, towel dryer, and hair dryer. There are grab bars next to the toilet, the sink is height-adjustable, and the mirror above it can be tilted. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.
General amenities
Kitchen: Dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Technology: 2 TVs (living room and bedroom), free Wi-Fi, radio
Bathroom: Shower room with accessible shower, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, tilting mirror
Balcony: Southwest-facing with balcony furniture, umbrella, and awning
There is an elevator in the building.
All apartments are filled with natural light, bright, welcoming, and modernly furnished—there’s an apartment to suit every taste.
In the basement, there is a bicycle storage room as well as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Two of the apartments have outdoor parking spaces; the rest have garage parking spaces.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Prices for our vacation apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.
Location:
House Deichoase, with its modern vacation apartments, is located directly on the Büsum harbor, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The apartments on the second floor and above offer views of the harbor, and some also overlook the North Sea. Breakfast options are available nearby. The building features the following amenities: Wi-Fi, an elevator, parking spaces assigned to the apartments, a washer and dryer in the basement, and a storage room.
Some of the apartments come with a beach chair. There is an adventure playground in the immediate vicinity.

Wir waren das 2mal in der Wohnung Deichoase 3.1. Haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Wir fühlen uns in der Deichoase super wohl. Das Team von Kähler Vermietung kann man nur loben.

Wir sind jetzt zum 5. Male in Büsum, davon 4-mal in der Deichoase. Es war immer alles zu einer Zufriedenheit. Da die Deichoase sehr zentral liegt, kann man alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Hafen und Deich in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreichen. Auch ein Lob an die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen von Kähler Vermietung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

eine geräumige, helle Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt
Die ganze Woche war super.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
Es fehlte an nichts. Von Geschirrspüler, Fernsehen in Schlafzimmer, bequeme Balkonmöbel, alles Bestens.
Auch die Ausstattung in den Schränken (Geschirr etc) ließ nichts zu Wünschen offen.
