Very nice home that is VERY well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Instruction notebook on the coffee table is full of info. Biggest complaint would be the AC doesn’t seem to be working at full capacity. Every day between 3pm-7pm the temp inside climbed to 76 degrees. It cooled down in the evening to 73, but that’s still a little too warm for us overnight. Property description says “you can walk to the lake”…… yes you can walk close enough to see the lake, but you will need to drive 5 miles to the nearest area that you can swim at - “Fingerlake Dayuse Area”. That area is a great place with easy access to swim and picnic. I wasn’t a big fan of the check out rules: take all the sheets off the beds, wash a load of towels, and unload the dishwasher and put up the dishes. So mainly due to the AC , I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Hot tub was not working during our trip. House was comfortable. Excessive labeling of things was a little much.
