About this apartment rental
Come experience the charm of a farm vacation at 850 meters above sea level on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama of the Zillertal Alps from your balcony or our spacious garden! Our farm is located in a quiet, sunny spot in Hart.
The vacation rental features four double bedrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and balcony. There’s a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, satellite TV, and radio. It is a completely self-contained floor. Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are also provided
Especially for children, our vacation home features a playroom with a ping-pong table, dartboard, and climbing wall. The houses are connected by a beautiful orchard with a large children’s playground featuring a trampoline, slide, sandbox, seesaw, and climbing carousel. This is guaranteed to keep the kids entertained during your vacation!
In keeping with the farm vacation experience, you can, of course, purchase our farm-fresh products.
Right from our property, you can set out on easy hikes or extended mountain tours to the surrounding alpine pastures and mountain peaks. The Fügen Thermal Spa, with its adventure outdoor pool, also offers fun for the whole family. The Fügen Thermal Spa is just a 10-minute drive away and, with its numerous slides and adventure pools, is ideal for a vacation with kids!
In winter, the Hochfügen–Hochzillertal and Spieljochbahn ski areas offer top-notch skiing. The Hochzillertal–Hochfügen ski area is just an 18-minute drive away, and the Spieljochbahn is only a 12-minute drive away.

Very nice place to stay with comfortable rooms with individual baths

We LOVED our stay at this mountain retreat. We were a group of 8 on an extended family vacation. There were just enough beds for our crew (2 per bedroom). Each bedroom had a connected bathroom. The views from the balcony were AMAZING - especially first thing in the morning or late at night.
Our hostess made us feel extremely welcome. We were able to use the game room in the neighboring building as well as the playground in between the two buildings.
Things to consider... The drive up there is a bit scary, especially in a large van. Just keep that in mind. The road is narrow and it is two way - so, there are places where you might have to back up or just get out of the way. Also, it is up two flights of stairs, so keep that in mind as it relates to luggage or the physical fitness of your group.
Grocery stores close early in the town - so keep that in mind as well.
We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
We took advantage of the rolls service which made getting fresh rolls and pretzels very easy and convenient each morning - and also purchased some local honey and schnapps from the hostess.
Stay here. You will not regret it!!
