Beautiful condo and area! Pool is great, and our family really enjoyed our stay! Very kind and helpful staff who were very easy to work with! Super clean and stocked well for a week stay.We were near a sewage treatment area and it smelled strongly of sewage, but may have just been an issue during our stay. We will definitely be booking with Four Seasons Property Management again!

Absolutely amazing property and management! It is spacious, but super cozy, and the view of the lake is unbeatable. You definitely get what your paying for and much more! We will be staying here again on our next trip to the lake! I highly recommend this property!

We had mixed feelings about our stay. Two weeks before our trip, we were notified that the deck had been deemed unsafe and would be closed. We were offered a refund, but with it being so close to the Fourth of July holiday, finding another place for our group wasn’t realistic, so we chose to keep our reservation.Check-in was easy, and the condo was clean and met our expectations. Unfortunately, a severe storm caused a power outage for the rest of our stay. We understand that the outage was beyond the property’s control, but we were disappointed that no effort was made to acknowledge the inconvenience. A partial refund, future stay discount, or even a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.Later, a neighbor informed us that the water and sewer service would also be shut off. With no electricity, no air conditioning, and five children in our group, we decided to leave around 10 p.m. the night before our scheduled departure.We don’t blame the property for the storm, but customer service is measured by how unexpected situations are handled. We appreciated the advance notice about the deck, but we left feeling that the significant disruption to our vacation wasn’t acknowledged.
