Der Meerblick war wirklich schön. Die Terrasse groß. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Wunderschön bepflanzt. Zum Strand ging es steil bergab. Ca. einen Kilometer. Nicht etwa 300 m wie behauptet.
Der Rest war eine Katastrophe.
Die Hygienischen Verhältnisse in dem Appartement waren eine Katastrophe. Schon im Hausflur, von dem die Appartements abgingen, stank die Luft modrig wie in einer Gruft. Im Appartement selbst roch man sofort, dass da was nicht stimmte. Die Dusche war komplett verschimmelt. Die Toilette vollgeschissen und komplett verdreckt. So etwas ekliges habe ich in meinen 63 Lebensjahren noch nicht erlebt. Das Badezimmerfenster war zugeschraubt und ließ sich demzufolge nicht öffnen. In der ganzen Wohnung stand ein widerwärtiger Geruch, der sich auch durch Lüften nicht beseitigen ließ. Der Schlafdivan war mehr als schäbig und abgewetzt. Die Küche ging. Ausstattung natürlich nur das billigste. Besteck z.B. aus Weißblech. Elektrische Geräte wie Staubsauger, Toaster, Uhr, Lampen waren defekt. Der Teller in der Mikro drehte sich nicht mehr, an der Waschmaschine leuchtete die rote Service Taste. Alle Handtuchhalter waren defekt. Alle!!!! Deckenlampen gab es keine. Man musste sich erst durch einen Wust an Verlängerungskabeln und Mehrfachsteckdosen kämpfen, um die wenigen funktionierenden Lampen zu finden. Die Möbel waren ein Sammelsurium vom Sperrmüll aus den 70ern. In der ganzen Wohnung verliefen Ameisenstraßen. Das Fach für Flaschen im Kühlschrank war ausgerissen.....
Um dieses Appartement zu vermieten, müsste man die Dusche samt Fließen komplett raus reißen, das Badezimmerfenster erneuern, sowie die Toilette. Ein neues Schlafsofa müsste auch angeschafft werden.
