One of those rare cases when reality exceeds expectations.
Villa Anita is in a quiet part of Kožino, a small village near Zadar. The house is surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, the sea is only a three minute walk away, and the only close neighbours are the hosts themselves. It is wonderfully peaceful and private, perfect for those looking for nature and tranquillity rather than nightlife.
The house is very spacious and perfect for a family with children or several families travelling together. There were five of us, and we had more space than we needed. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and fully equipped. During our week there, we could not think of a single thing that was missing.
The beach is rocky, wild and uncrowded, with beautifully clear water. Water shoes are a must. There is a small shop nearby, as well as several cafés and a great bakery. Without a car, you can enjoy peaceful village life with everything you need.. With a car, everything is within easy reach: beautiful, fully equipped beaches are just 6 minutes away, and central Zadar is only 15 to 20 minutes away. There is parking by the house.
But what makes Villa Anita truly special is its hosts. Anita and Frane live nearby and are always there if you need anything, yet they completely respect your privacy. They put so much heart into their home and their guests that, in many ways, they are the reason we fell in love with Croatia.

Villa Anita is very nice, modern, brand new and comfortable, in the peaceful part of Kozino and close to the beach. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. A really nice place for a family stay.
