Location was 20 minutes from the wedding venue we attended. Taxis made getting around easy. Everyone spoke very good English.
Breakfast was good, although only one coffee machine yielded product that was sufficiently hot.
Two minor issues. The rocking chair in our room was uncomfortable. The sofa was better, but needs more pillows - we sunk too far back. The area rugs tended to shed like wool, which was a problem as the fabric got on our clothes. Generally a minor annoyance, except when we wore black for the wedding celebrations.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location was beautiful with great food, drinks and views. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Mallorca, set in an old estate which has been sympathetically renovated. We stayed in a suite with terrace, which was very comfortable and spacious. There is a very nice restaurant on site, which serves very unique dishes. The hotel is within walking distance of the village of Montuiri, which is very quiet traditional place. There are a couple of restaurants here, otherwise you need to travel to the surrounding areas.
The hotel has an excellent spa with steam room and sauna, good gym, and if you have bikes with you there is a superb bike storage room available.

The pool area is nice and we could always find a spot (in the shade)
The airconditioning in our room was very poor. We had the signature suite and its quite a deep room. The AC is placed near the entrance and blows transversely which makes the AC stay near the entrance and not make it to the back of the room. The thermostat which is next to the door would show 23°c during the day when the outside temperaturen was 35°c outside. But during the night when it was cooler outside it would not get colder that 25.. the property does not have a solution for this problem so we cut our vacation short. And to add to it, we had to threaten with legal action to get our remaining nights refunded. Its sad because the property has a lot of potential.
