It was simply awful!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely appalling from start to finish. The reception staff provided terrible service and initially assigned me a room that was completely unsuitable for use. The room had not even been prepared properly and had no bed linen or basic necessities. After I complained, I was moved to another room, where I encountered an even more serious problem. The carpet was damaged, with a sharp, raised edge sticking up from the floor. This dangerous condition caused me to cut my foot badly, resulting in a serious injury and significant distress and inconvenience. This was completely unacceptable and could have been avoided if the hotel had properly inspected and maintained its rooms. The lack of basic preparation, the poor standard of service and, most importantly, the dangerous condition of the room made this an extremely negative and distressing experience. To make matters even worse, the hotel staff explicitly told me that I would receive a refund for the night. However, despite this promise, I have still not received my money. I am extremely disappointed with the way this entire situation was handled. The hotel failed to provide a properly prepared room, exposed me to a dangerous condition that caused a serious injury, and then failed to honour its promise to refund me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was appalling, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through regarding the promised refund demonstrates a complete disregard for the guest experience. I expect the hotel to honour its commitment and issue the refund that was promised.

Probably skip it and stay in Cascais

Access to local area and shopping centre was convenient. Good car parking access. Easy to get to Sintra national park and Cascais 10min each away.

Single pillow, uncomfortable bed, no smoking rules throughout, yet stale cigarette smoke everywhere. Towels were minuscule and not changed during our 3 day stay.

Not enough towels

Closed to main street for Lisbon and to a supermarket with all services. Big bed, Ac work also if the filter was to be clean from the powder.

Clean of bed linen wasn't perfect. On the wall on the top of the bed, there was an oil hand stamp. On the bed there was only one sheet without mattress cover. The wc need of a new toilet seat. Is damaged and broken from humidity.
