A charming 230 m² house accommodating 10 people. Separate entrance, large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a shaded patio. Large living room, Wi-Fi. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Unheated 11x5.5m pool (closed from Oct. 1 to Apr. 8), swings, terrace, patio furniture.

The estate, located on the hillsides of the Lauragais region, 35 km south of Toulouse, enjoys a secluded setting that offers peace and tranquility.
After a day full of discoveries, you’ll enjoy relaxing and swimming in a splendid 11x5.5m pool that offers a panoramic view of the countryside and the Pyrenees mountain range. The swimming area is secured by a gate leading out of the garden and a pool enclosure.
After a fun swim, children will find outdoor games, a swing, a small playhouse, and a soccer goal in the garden to keep them happily occupied. Meanwhile, parents can enjoy the beauty of a sunset while sipping an aperitif!
