The entrance is very welcoming, the staff very friendly, and the price is so affordable for 2 queen size bedroom with adequate space that we can ignore the things that we dislike. They gave a card that can park in the centrum mall basement area with unlimited entries for free. The hotel has a dedicated car park (same with other hotels as well in that area), and the most important is they have EV charger (EVlution-AC) in the car park area (very near to the hotel car park in the basement) at a good price and ideal for hotel guests.
No fridge, no room service for 3d2n, toilet flush sometimes non functioning, the water heater sounds so loud that we thought its going to burst soon, basic door lock (feel a bit unsafe)

Staff friendly
Overall okay but easy to hear the sound of the next guest when they close & lock the door. Too noisy if u have a child maybe they can wake up. Please remaind the guest not to noise until midnight
