I liked the place because it was a bit outside of the town, but still within walking distance, 15'. A supermarket is close by, a 5-minute walk away.
There's free parking. There's sea view. Everything in Tinos Chora was open, although it was late October. There's a small kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee is provided. There's free internet. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is nicely decorated. I had the corner ground-floor apartment, so there were enough windows. The towels were changed every other day, and the bed sheets were changed twice a week. The kitchen is equipped with pans, toaster, water cooker and salt and pepper mill. The cleaning lady was very friendly.
I would recommend a car to explore the island. There's air condition in the bedroom. I haven't used it. I'm not sure if it was enough on cooler days to heat the whole apartment.
The ground-floor apartment was not that quiet. There is no isolation between rooms and floors. You heard everything: water running, showers, people walking, kids running, in the top-floor apartment. The bathroom is a bit small; the light is a bit dim, and there is no shower railing because the taps are on the wrong side of the shower, I guess. The toilet seat was defective. Although I told them about it, nothing was done. The cleaning was mainly changing the towels, bedsheets and plastic bags in the waste bins.
There's only a table outside. No washing machine.
But all in all, I would choose it again.

The location was great, it was nice to be able to cook and sit outside and have dinner with the amazing view from the balcony.
The cleaning, the apartment was not really cleaned- the bathrooms, floors, the sheets. It felt more like an air bnb but cleaning wasn’t communicated to be every 2nd/3rd day when booking the room
