Karen met us outside to pick up the keys. The apartment was lovely and was in the centre of Prague.

The location was fantastic, as was the host. Karen gave us great recommendations on our arrival and kindly arranged our airport transfers which made things so easy. We got discounts in the restaurants either side (which were really good), the apartment was in such a great spot, a 2 minute walk from Old Town Square, if that), was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable.
There’s nothing not to like. We’re already planning our next trip.

location
probably, during warmer periods, it is very good choice
very cold, and not cooperative host, even rude
he was claiming that no one before was feeling cold and complained in this apartment so I should not ask to make it meet my comfortable temperature
he also did not help me with the luggage from my 3rd floor, without the elevator in the building, to get it down, on check out
