Exceptional, comfy beds, lounge and lovely bathroom and kitchen. Love the location watching the boats on the canal, easy short drive to supermarket and restaurants.

Very clean property. We liked the little touches such as laundry powder, toiletries and extra towels. The fridge was exceptionally clean.
It sleeps six (we had 5 people) but only 4 dining chairs. The kettle had deteriorated inside. so we purchased a new one and left it there for future guests.

The view of the water out the back area of the unit.
Unit is only suitable for 4 adults and 2 kids, not for 6 adults. It only had 4 dining chairs and room in the lounge for 4-5 people. The upstairs bedroom has blinds missing letting light in early in the morning. A clothes dryer would be useful. New frypans needed in the kitchen. The door from the main bedroom into the bathroom did not lock. The rear sliding door is very hard to open and close. The handrail leading upstairs is not secure. No storage in the third bedroom.
