Convenience of the location. Swimming pool is beautiful one of the best I have seen. The apartment is clean and very comfortable.
The kitchen can be provided with butter knives and also toaster.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The property is quite far from the main tourist attractions, which made travelling around less convenient. There are also no convenience stores or shops within easy walking distance, so we had to rely on transport even for basic needs.

Nice size, adequate number of beds and beds were comfortable
There were no amenities like coffee or tea, though there was a water filter. Car park level was very high, Level 8A = 16th level! Security to enter was very tight and confusing, too many steps o check in/get in to the property. The aircon in master bedroom was not working properly (probably needed servicing/cleaning and refill of cooling gas) because there was no cool air blowing from it. The 2nd bathroom was water logged after our baths in that drainage was really slow, probably due to clogged pipes. There are mosques nearby, though the unit was fairly quiet
