The room and the facilities in the room was very nice .
Not much variety for for the breakfast . No gym and No fine cuisine.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Win, who provided excellent service and made us feel welcome.
The spa is very disorganized and poorly managed. I booked treatments for two people, expecting us to be accommodated at the same time, but we were told that we had to go one at a time. This meant that one of us would have to wait for 90 minutes while the other received treatment. This was extremely inconvenient and showed a lack of coordination and proper planning. The spa should improve its organization and ensure that bookings for two people are managed more efficiently. Very disappointing experience. All the staff could do was laugh at us instead of assisting us!
The beach is not private as advertised, as it is accessible to the public. We would appreciate a clearly cordoned-off area reserved exclusively for resort guests to ensure greater privacy and comfort.

"Very clean with a beautiful beach. Great location just a few minutes from the city but still very calm area."
