Bad. Do not stay here.

Nice quiet location. Close to things. Easy lock code access.Beach was a few mins drive/walk.

The pictures were misleading/wrong. The renting company "Evolve" and the Host offered contradicting information. Pictures are wide angle and outdated. The pool is a glorified bathtub. It was covered in scum and leaves when we arrived. We were told someone would come and clean, after we complained, thats the last i heard from the host. I took pictures of everything. The kitchen shelves and things are old and the entire house smells old and musty. They had a strict laundry list of items to check for checkout and a 10 am checkout at that, but the house was a dump. We found cockroaches in the kitchen, there is an ant infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house also has uncomfortable tiny whiny beds. No bed linens/towels or even toilet paper though. I understand you don't have to provide extras. But hand soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms is basic human courtesy. The kitchen had barely any dish soap and no hand soap. We had a very stressful first 1.5 days trying to communicate/get help. Then accepted reality and made the most of the rest of our time. We knew nothing was going to change. The carpet and deck are full of nails and popped nails. Be careful! The hammocks are old but comfortable. All the furniture indoor/outdoor looked like could use a vacuum/power wash. It felt like we squatted at an abandoned property, not like we had rented a vacation home.

Great location but that’s it

The location was really close to so many other activities. The beach is close as is mini golf, Wright Brothers Museum just to name a few.

The property was not clean. There were bugs that were all over including my daughter’s bed that sent her screaming. We were told by the owner that they weren’t roaches but they most definitely were. The WiFi didn’t work and when mentioned to the owner she said that on my vacation I should be calling the cable company to fix it… we just dealt without it. Not providing linens and towels is a hassle as we drove from NY with our 4 kids and all of that extra was really not helpful to bring. Pictures and descriptions for this property are flatly not updated as it shows a bunk bed but there is not one in this property. The breakdown of how many beds in each room is also not correct. Lots of updating needs to be done and making sure certain personal items should be put away to make it feel less like we are truly staying in someone’s home.

Do better.

The view from the top was great, the A/C was awesome, the distance to the beach wasn't to bad and there was plenty of room.

Could have been a little cleaner, half the lights were unplugged or didn't work, the bunk room had a bad smell, the internet was out from the day we got there till the night before we left and 1 of our days got ruined by the water getting shut off.

The location is amazing, close to everything! The decks are great and the crows nest at the top is beautiful and we loved to watch the sunset sitting up there.

The dishwasher smelled really bad of rotting food, found other peoples clothes in the dressers and in the sofa. The downstairs smelled due to the dishwasher being stinky.the downstairs where the bunk beds are has not been dusted for a while. The bed room upstairs is one big bedroom that had a divider built to make it into 2 rooms
