Located in Avola, the holiday home Casale Siculo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 150 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and satellite TV. Children are welcome, and high chairs are available.



The private outdoor area includes a jasmine-scented garden for summer evenings, an open terrace ideal for al fresco dining, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower with sink. There is also a wood-fired oven outside. The house is just 50 meters from the cliffs (small harbor), and free beaches are a ten-minute walk away. There are two parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Pets are allowed according to rules provided at check-in. The property has step-free access and wide doors. The house will be prepared according to the number of guests booked; only registered guests may stay. Only the number of rooms matching the number of guests may be used.
